BROOKLYN, NY- In the spirit of giving and community, New York State Senator Kevin Parker is proud to announce the success of the 21st Annual Free Toys for Tots Giveaway. This past year, the Senator and his team distributed over 1,000 toys to local families, churches, daycares, and organizations ensuring that children in our community have a safe and joyful holiday season.

The event took place on December 20, 2024, at the Senator's district office located on Tilden Ave in Brooklyn, NY, and was open to local constituents and community groups. This annual tradition has become a cornerstone of Senator Parker’s commitment to supporting the families in his district by providing much-needed assistance to ensure every child experiences the magic of the holiday season.

“I am thrilled to continue this tradition of giving back to our community for the 21st year,” said Senator Parker. “This event is more than just about toys; it’s about creating an opportunity for families to come together, celebrate, and experience the joy of the season. By supporting our local community, we can make sure no child is left out during the holidays.”

The toys were distributed to a variety of local organizations that serve families in need including churches, daycare centers, and community groups. Senator Parker’s office has worked closely with these organizations to ensure that the toys go directly to the children who will benefit most.

The Toys for Tots Giveaway has become a beloved tradition and has grown each year as more families and organizations come together to spread holiday cheer. This year, in addition to the toys, Senator Parker’s office provided resources to local organizations to ensure a safe and fun holiday season for all families.

“We know that the holidays can be a challenging time for many families,” Senator Parker added. “Our hope is that these toys bring smiles to the faces of children and ease the burden for parents and caregivers. I’m proud to be part of a community that cares deeply for one another.”
