Sen. Krueger's Roundtable for Boomers and Seniors, Session I - Good Medical Care As We Age
Senator Liz Krueger’s 2022 Virtual Roundtable for Boomers and Seniors
“Aging in Place: Living Well in the Community”
Session I “Good Medical Care as We Age”
Thursday, January 13th from 7pm – 8:15 pm
The majority of older people want to age in place, which is possible with the right support and planning. This multi-part roundtable series will bring together experts and thought leaders to help us understand some of the vital components needed to age well in the community. Session I will focus on “Good Medical Care as We Age”. The Roundtable discussion will provide an overview of quality primary care for older adults.
Presenters will offer information about what we should expect from our primary care physician regarding our care and the medications we take. The January 13th Roundtable will feature Carla Perissinotto, MD MHS, Medical Director, Care at Home, University of California, San Francisco.
