Sen. Helming Proposes Eliminating Sporting License Fees for Honorably Discharged Disabled Veterans

With the State Senate passing legislation to allow Veterans and Gold Star families free use of public campsites, Senator Helming proposes an amendment to further support Veterans by eliminating sporting license fees for honorably discharged disabled Veterans.
