Senator Stavisky speaks on Senate Bill s9721a

During the legislative session in Albany Senator Stavisky spoke about legislation she sponsored with Assemblymember Ed Braunstein. This important bill relates to ground lease contracts for co-ops which do not own the land on which the co-op was built. The legislation passed both houses.
