Mobile Mammography Van Sign Up

Senator Canzoneri-Fitzpatrick is partnering with NuHealth/Nassau University Medical Center (NUMC) to offer breast cancer screenings on Monday, June 24. 

The event is for women over 40.

If you have health insurance, you must bring a referral/prescription from your physician for a Screening Mammogram. If you do not have health insurance, the prescription is not necessary. The mammogram is free for uninsured women ages 40 and older, based on eligibility guidelines.
