LIFE PLANNING TOOLS FOR VETERAN

Senator Lanza is hosting a seminar to support the needs of veterans and their families with the New York Legal Assistance Group. Topics addressed will include health care proxies, living wills, powers of attorney, and last wills and testaments.

PLANNING FOR THE FUTURE
The seminar will consist of an hour presentation to provide an overview of planning opportunities followed by a question and answer session. Comprehensive advanced planning documents can help to address future needs, such as long term care or income maintenance, and ensure that your wishes are being carried out.

Following this seminar, individual consultations and benefit screenings will be available from NYLAG staff dedicated to assisting veterans who cannot afford to hire a private attorney.
