Community Health Action of Staten Island (CHASI) will bring its Mobile Health Unit, staffed with social service workers and volunteer medical personnel, to Senator Lanza's Relief Headquarters, located at 4212 Hylan Blvd., on Tuesday, Nov. 20th from 9 AM until dark. CHASI will be offering free flu shots, tetanus vaccines, blood pressure readings and general medical and social needs assessments.
