A team of community partners and government agencies will be on site to help answer your questions and provide valuable free services! There will be information on healthcare and home care services, transportation assistance, senior housing and assistance with applications for senior citizen property tax exemptions, if eligible. In addition to this information, there will be free health screenings, including free flu and pneumonia shots.
