CANCELLED: Official Celebration of Nowruz in the New York State Senate

**Due to unforeseen circumstances, this year's Celebration of Nowruz in the New York State Senate has been cancelled.  Though there will be no formal celebration this year, I will still be introducing a Resolution formally declaring Day of Nowruz in New York State, and I hope to be able to bring the event back to the Senate next year.  **
