Stop Asian Hate with Education - Rally to Teach Asian-American History & Contributions in School

- Asian-American and Pacific-Islander (AAPI)
We have to fight the rising tide of anti-Asian hate every way that we can, including through education.
Join Senator Anna M. Kaplan and Assemblywoman Gina Sillitti for a rally in support of legislation that would require all K-12 students in NYS to learn about Asian-American history, and the contributions of Asian-Americans in our community.
The rally will take place at Firefighters Park, 30 Grace Avenue, Great Neck, NY and will feature special guests Congresswoman Grace Meng and NYS Senator John C. Liu. Senator Liu is the sponsor of the Asian-American History Education Bill, which is proudly co-sponsored by Senator Kaplan and Assemblywoman Sillitti.
