Dear Friend, 

If you live in a rent regulated apartment, you might be eligible to have your rent frozen. My office is hosting a Senior Citizen Rent Increase Exemption (SCRIE) / Disability Rent Increase Exemption (DRIE) clinic to help those who are eligible sign up for this program. The clinic is on Wednesday, August 28th at 2:00pm and will take place at Greenwich House's IOlder Adult Center at Our Lady of Pompeii, 25 Carmine Street. This event is being held in partnership with the Mayor's Public Engagement Unit and is co-sponsored by Assemblymember Deborah Glick and Council Member Erik Bottcher.
