Senate Standing Committee on Children and Families Meeting

State Senator Velmanette Montgomery will convene a meeting of the Senate Standing Committee on Children and Families.

• S1251 Serino - An act to amend the family court act, the criminal procedure law and the domestic relations law, in relation to an order of protection with respect to companion animals
• S4535 Parker - An act to amend the executive law, in relation to establishing a division of early childhood within the office of children and family services
• S4980 Bailey - An act to amend the family court act, in relation to the custodial interrogation of juveniles by law enforcement
• S5024A Parker - An act to amend the social services law, in relation to enacting the New York State Reuniting Families Act
