Senate Standing Committee on Children and Families Meeting

State Senator Velmanette Montgomery will convene a meeting of the Senate Standing Committee on Children and Families.

• S4686 Biaggi - An act to amend the domestic relations law and the family court act, in relation to child custody forensic reports
• S5516 Montgomery -  An act to amend the family court act, in relation to the determination of capacity to stand trial in juvenile delinquency proceedings in family court
