October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and Senator Carlucci wants to make sure all women have access to preventive health care. For women underinsured or uninsured, age 40 and over, Senator Carlucci's office and Montefiore Nyack Hospital are patterning to make: clinical breast exams, mammography, and pelvic exams with Pap Tests (if needed) free of cost.
