Senator Skelos' "Shed the Meds" Program

I am pleased to announce that I will be hosting a "SHED THE MEDS" program on Wednesday, September 10, from 10am-1pm at the Oceanside-Columbia Engine Company #1 Firehouse located at 26 Smith Street in Oceanside.

This program, hosted in conjunction with the Nassau County Police Department, will allow you to safely dispose of any unused or expired medications that could potentially end up in the hands of children or others who may incorrectly use or abuse them. No syringes will be accepted.
