Shed the Meds Event sponsored by Senator Dean Murray & Assemblyman Ed Flood

I am hosting along with the Suffolk County Sheriff’s Office, “Shed the Meds” Event on Friday, September 20, 2024, at the Longwood Public Library, 800 Middle Country Road, Middle Island, NY from 10:00am to 1:00pm.
Unused or expired prescription medications can pose health and safety risks.  Proper disposal of unneeded medication can help save lives and protect our communities.   If you have any medication you need to dispose of, please stop by this Free community event.  You can help save lives and protect your community.
*Please Note:  Shed the Meds events are for community members only. No commercial or doctor’s office expired medications disposal.  Liquid medications and sharps will not be accepted.
