Sanders to Host Free Grant Writing Workshop
Do you own a non-profit and are seeking to expand your services, implement a new program or hire more staff, but don’t have enough money in your budget? Grant writing may be the answer. A successful proposal can secure a new funding source to help facilitate your goals. Although grant writing courses can be expensive, Senator Sanders is offering a special class to the community for free. It will be taught by Lynn Lobel, Grants and Resource Director, for the Queens Council on the Arts. It will feature entry and intermediate level grant writing techniques, instruction on how to write a successful proposal and assistance in developing budgeting techniques and identifying appropriate grant distributing sources
To RSVP contact Senator Sanders’ District Office at 718-523-3069. Space is limited.
