Free HVAC Training - Get Your HVAC License

Senator James Sanders Jr. is partnering with NYSERDA and Tauris Tech to host a Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) program in the Rockaways.

Upon completion of the program, students will receive a EPA 608 Universal Technician Certification. This will be a hands-on program where students may have the potential to gain immediate employment. The course is FREE and open to High School seniors, individuals who have a H.S. Diploma or G.E.D.

The HVAC program will take place for 6 weeks, starting on Friday, November 8, 2019. To register and to learn more about the program please attend the launch on Thursday, October 31, 2019 from 3 p.m. - 5 p.m. The launch will take place at Arverne by the Bay Community Center, located at 7416 Beach Channel Drive, Arverne, NY, 11692.
