Financial Management Workshop

Join State Senator James Sanders Jr. for a Financial Management Workshop aimed at giving small businesses and Minority and Women-Owned Business (MWBEs) the tools they need to achieve financial success. 

Topics will include:

The importance of bookkeeping to running your small business
How to analyze your key financial statements
Tools to evaluate the financial health of your company 
How to use financial data to grow your company

Where: St. John's Episcopal Hospital BOCES Building (across street from hospital), 510 Beach 20th Street, Far Rockaway, NY 11691

When: Wednesday, September 7 from 7:30 - 9:00 PM

Why: To teach small businesses the importance of bookkeeping, analyzing key financial statements, tools to evaluate financial health and using financial data to grow.

How: This will be a class taught by the Excelsior Growth Fund, a non-profit that specializes in this area. It follows up on our Small Business Development Conference in July.
