On Thursday, November 14, at the Mulberry House Senior Center in Middletown, State Senator Jen Metzger, in partnership with Legal Services of the Hudson Valley and New York's Public Utility Law Project, will sponsor an information session for landlords, renters, and homeowners in the Hudson Valley:
• Learn about the new housing laws in New York and how they impact landlords, renters, and homeowners in the Hudson Valley.
• Learn about your rights as a utility consumer (from keeping the lights on and keeping your home warm in the winter to getting access to telecommunications services).
