Senator Joseph P. Addabbo, Jr. is partnering with Laser Bounce to host a free Community Fun Day in his district where families can go to play arcade games and activities in a safe, clean environment that is close to home. The event will take place from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. on Friday, August 16, 2026, at Laser Bounce, located in the Shops at Atlas Park on the lower level, at 80-28 Cooper Avenue in Glendale.
“This is a wonderful opportunity for children, accompanied by an adult, to enjoy an afternoon playing a variety of games at no cost,” Addabbo said. “I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Laser Bounce for extending their generosity and allowing the community to use their facility for free.
Pre-registered participants have a choice between two options. The first option is recommended for guests under 54” and includes a play session (Ballocity or Bounce Arena) and a 30-minute unlimited video game card. The second option is recommended for guests who are five years old and older. It includes a Laser Tag Session and a 30-minute unlimited video game card. Pre-registration is required by calling Senator Addabbo’s office.
The “Ballocity Arena” is an interactive play arena for kids combining multi-level platforms with a variety of interchangeable features including blasters, vacuums cannons and buckets that propel, throw, raise, vacuum, and dump thousands of soft foam balls throughout the play system arena.
The “Bounce Park” combines a typical trampoline park with state-of-the-art inflatable technology. Guests can participate in numerous elements like the ninja course, open bounce area with basketball, and obstacle course.
Inside the “LED Laser Tag Arena” there are targets, strobes, a great sound system, and special effect lighting with glow-in-the-dark and black-light obstacles.
Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
Space is limited so guests must register in advance by calling Senator Addabbo’s Office at 718-738-1111 and complete a waiver ahead of time at laserbounce.com/queenswaiver.
Please note that completion of the waiver does not count as an RSVP.
