Estate Planning and Medicaid Basics Program
Please join Senator Kemp Hannon as he presents an Estate Planning and Medicaid Basics Program.
The program takes place on Tuesday, October 25 at the East Meadow Public Library. (1886 Front Street, East Meadow)
Senator Hannon’s guest speaker, Melissa Negrin-Weiner, Esq, will discuss the importance of estate planning and advance directives such as Power of Attorney, Health Care Proxies, and Living Wills.
She will also review asset protection planning and Medicaid eligibility for both home care and nursing home care, as well as crisis planning and Veterans benefits.
The event is free and open to all, but reservations are required.
