Annual Back to School Supply Drive

Senator Kevin Thomas, USA National Miss Puerto Rico Teen Cynthia Janae, and USA National Miss Puerto Rico Princess Shyla Silva invite you to participate in the Annual Back To School Supply Drive!

In these challenging times, families in our community are finding it even more difficult to access basic school supplies for their children. With the many new changes resulting from COVID-19, it's more important than ever that our students start the year feeling prepared with the supplies they need to succeed – whether in the classroom or remote learning.

From August 28 until September 13, community members and organizations can donate school supplies at one of our socially-distanced Drop Box locations:

Suggested supplies include backpacks, composition notebooks (wide ruled), spiral notebooks, construction paper, copy paper, pencils, pens, colored pencils, markers, crayons, highlighters, post-it notes, glue sticks, tape rolls, student scissors, and other office supplies.

Every child deserves to start the school year ready to learn, with a backpack filled with the supplies they need. Your support is greatly appreciated!
