The New York State Conference of Black Senators (CBS) will be unveiling their 2010 Signature Agenda Issues that they would like to see passed before the end of this legislative session. They will discuss the following bills: MWBE Article 15A, MWBE Disparity Study, Contracts Bill, MTA Small Business Mentoring Program, Parental Rights, Youth Suicide Prevention, Voter Suppression Bill, Campaign Finance Reform, Global Warming Pollution Control, Lead Poisoning Prevention, Toxic Prevention of Manufactured Products, Hospital Closure Planning Act, Medicaid Coverage for Extended Stay, HIV Written Consent Form, Vacancy Decontrol, Mitchell-lama, Alternatives to Residential Placement, Alternative Detention Program, Child Victims, Funeral Procession, Police Officer Abuse, Police Officer Training Program and Marvin’s Law.
