Sen. Robert G. Ortt (R,C,I,Ref-North Tonawanda) will be hosting a forum to address the heroin and opioid epidemic that has impacted families and crippled communities across WNY. Sen. Ortt will be joined in hosting this event by the Wheatfield Lions Club, which is helping host this forum in honor of Thomas P. Witkowski, a Lions member’s son who passed away from a drug overdose.
