OATH Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings

OATH Staff will be at the district office to:

• Answer questions about summonses
• Answer questions about the hearing process
• Check on status of summonses
• Help people understand the rules about how a summons can be responded to
• Help people submit online defenses to summonses
• Help people reschedule upcoming hearings or request new hearings after missed dates
• Help people understand the process and what is necessary after the hearing
