Nominate a Serino Superstar!
- Serino Superstars
- School Kindness
HYDE PARK, NY—Do you know a middle school student who demonstrates exceptional kindness? Senator Sue Serino wants to recognize them for their contributions to their school community!
Each year, Senator Serino has been recognizing students across the community who demonstrate extraordinary kindness towards their peers and work toward positively contributing to their learning environment with her ‘Serino's Superstars’ initiative. Now, she is once again seeking nominations from the local community.
“We should never underestimate the power of kindness, especially in a school community,” said Senator Sue Serino. “With many schools engaged in remote learning this past year, it is more important than ever to recognize students who continue to bring kindness and positivity to the community during such a trying time. This annual initiative continues to receive so much support, and I hope our neighbors will once again take a few minutes to nominate the extraordinary middle school students in their lives.”
