Dress for Success Clothing Drive

Are you looking to get a jump on your spring-cleaning and help local women 'dress for success'? I am excited to announce that our office will once again be partnering with Dress for Success Dutchess County to help empower local women to reach their goals and achieve economic independence. On April 22^nd, we will launch our week-long annual clothing drive for women who are entering the workforce, and we need your help!

We all know how overwhelming entering the workforce can be, and not having access to professional clothing should never be a barrier. Dress for Success plays a critical role in providing local women with the tools they need to overcome obstacles to thrive in work and real life.

From April 22^nd to April 26th, my District Office will be collecting new or gently used women’s professional clothing that will be given directly to Dress for Success Dutchess County to provide local women with attire for interviews and for the workplace. Some examples of acceptable donations include:

• Blouses/Tops/Shells,
• Pants,
• Suits,
• Dresses,
• Shoes – all sizes,
• Totes,
• Jewelry, and
• Accessories

My District Office is located at 4254 Albany Post Road, Hyde Park, NY 12538 and can accept donations Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.
