Free Veterans Appreciation Dinners

This October, Senator Sue Serino, in partnership with Mental Health America Dutchess Vet2Vet, will once again be hosting TWO free Veterans Appreciation Pasta Dinners. These dinners will be held on Sunday, October 14th at the American Legion Post 1302 and on Sunday, October 21st at the Wappinger Elks. Both dinners have two seating times available, 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. The goal of these events is to connect area veterans with one another, as well as our local Vet2Vet Program resources that are geared toward helping and empowering veterans suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), depression, addiction, or other mental health challenges.
