Senior Golden Gathering

On Saturday, September 22, 2018, Senator Serino will once again be hosting a Golden Gathering for the benefit of senior citizens across the 41st Senate District and is calling for vendors to participate. As always, the event will consist of free health screenings, entertainment, refreshments, door prizes and various informational tables geared toward the interests and needs of area senior citizens. From senior safety to nutrition, the event acts as a ‘one-stop shop,’ bringing together invaluable resources for seniors and their families.  The event is free of charge for all who attend. This year’s event will be held at the Arlington High School, 1157 Route 55 in LaGrangeville from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm.

Senator Serino invites local organizations who primarily serve our seniors to participate in this year's event by sponsoring an informational table. There is no charge or contribution required. While vendors cannot sell their goods or services at the event, the event offers an opportunity to reach out directly to local senior citizens. The annual event typically draws almost  1,000 local seniors with over 100 vendors participating. If your organization is interested in participating, please call Carly Bulgia at 845-229-0106 or email GoldenGathering41@gmail.com by September 7, 2018. Tables are available on a first come, first serve basis and tend to fill up very quickly, so vendors are urged to reach out as soon as possible.

All area seniors and their families are invited to attend.
