All donors will receive a pair of Mets tickets to a 2016 home game - thank you for your donation.

Donor requirements:

• Bring ID with signature or photo;
• Minimum weight is 110 lbs;
• Age 16 - 75 (16 year old must have parental permission);
• Age 76 and over need a doctor's note;
• Eat well (low fat) and drink fluids;
• No tattoos for the past 12 months.
