  printed to be committed to the Committee on Racing, Gaming and  Wager-
  ing

AN  ACT  to  amend the racing, pari-mutuel wagering and breeding law, in
  relation to internet video displays of horse racing

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. Section 1003 of the racing, pari-mutuel wagering and breed-
ing law is amended by adding a new subdivision 6 to read as follows;
  6.  IN-HOME SIMULCASTING, AS AUTHORIZED PURSUANT TO SUBDIVISION ONE OF
THIS SECTION, SHALL NOT BE DEFINED TO INCLUDE INTERNET VIDEO DISPLAYS OF
HORSE RACING. NOTHING IN THIS SECTION  SHALL  BE  CONSTRUED  TO  PREVENT
RACING  ASSOCIATIONS OR CORPORATIONS FROM DISPLAYING LIVE INTERNET VIDEO
OF THEIR RACES ON THEIR INDIVIDUAL WEBSITES.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
