 AN ACT to amend  the  economic  development  law,  in  relation  to  the
   publishing  of certain procurement contract opportunities; and provid-
   ing for the repeal of such provisions upon the expiration thereof

   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1.  Section 142 of the economic development law is amended by
 adding a new subdivision 1-a to read as follows:
   1-A. NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF LAW, NOTICES  OF  PROCURE-
 MENT  CONTRACT  OPPORTUNITIES  REQUIRED  TO EFFECTUATE THE PROVISIONS OF
 SECTION SIXTEEN-FF OF SECTION ONE OF THE NEW YORK STATE  URBAN  DEVELOP-
 MENT  CORPORATION  ACT  SHALL  BE AVAILABLE ON THE INTERNET FOR AT LEAST
 FIVE DAYS.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall  expire  and  be
 deemed repealed July 31, 2021.
