WOERNER -- read once and referred to the Commit- tee on Environmental Conservation AN ACT to amend part ZZ of chapter 55 of the laws of 2021, amending the environmental conservation law relating to establishing a deer hunting pilot program, in relation to extending the provisions thereof THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 2 of part ZZ of chapter 55 of the laws of 2021, amending the environmental conservation law relating to establishing a deer hunting pilot program, is amended to read as follows: § 2. This act shall take effect June 1, 2021 and shall expire and be deemed repealed December 31, [2023] 2025. § 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD03744-01-3
