 Introduced  by  Sen. MANNION -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
   printed to be committed to the Committee on Environmental Conservation
 
 AN ACT to amend part ZZ of chapter 55 of the laws of 2021, amending  the
   environmental conservation law relating to establishing a deer hunting
   pilot program, in relation to extending the provisions thereof

   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Section 2 of part ZZ of chapter 55 of  the  laws  of  2021,
 amending  the  environmental conservation law relating to establishing a
 deer hunting pilot program, is amended to read as follows:
   § 2. This act shall take effect June 1, 2021 and shall expire  and  be
 deemed repealed December 31, [2023] 2025.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
