Agriculture & Markets (AGM) CHAPTER 69, ARTICLE 12-A
§ 156-f. Rules and regulations. The commissioner shall adopt and
promulgate such rules and regulations generally to supplement and give
full effect to the provisions of this article, and specifically to
regulate the marketing, packing, labeling and shipping of "culls," as he
shall deem necessary. Such rules and regulations shall be filed and open
for public inspection at the principal office of the department and
shall have the force of law.
