    SECTION 197-A

    Weights and measures fees

    Agriculture & Markets (AGM) CHAPTER 69, ARTICLE 16

    § 197-a. Weights and measures fees. Notwithstanding any other
    provision of law to the contrary, the commissioner is hereby authorized
    and directed to deposit all money received in payment of fees under this
    article in an account within the miscellaneous special revenue fund.
