Agriculture & Markets (AGM) CHAPTER 69, ARTICLE 17-B
§ 216. Application of article. The general purpose of this article is
to protect the public safety and health by controlling the salvaging of
damaged or contaminated food, food products and devices which come into
intimate contact with food or food products.
