Unlawful decharacterization and labeling of inedible meat

§ 96-z-12. Unlawful decharacterization and labeling of inedible meat.
A person is guilty of unlawful decharacterization and labeling of
inedible meat when he knowingly and unlawfully fails to decharacterize
and label such meat in a manner prescribed by the commissioner. Unlawful
decharacterization and labeling of inedible meat is a class A
misdemeanor.
