Appeals; to what court
New York City Civil Court Act (CCA) CHAPTER 693, ARTICLE 17
§ 1701. Appeals; to what court. Appeals shall be taken from the court
to the appellate division of the supreme court in the department in
which the action or proceeding is pending, unless an appellate term of
the supreme court has been established by said appellate division and it
has directed that such appeals be taken to such term, in which case the
appeal shall be taken to the appellate term.
