Costs allowed by court
New York City Civil Court Act (CCA) CHAPTER 693, ARTICLE 19
§ 1906. Costs allowed by court. The court may in its discretion impose
costs not exceeding fifty dollars in the following cases:
(a) Upon granting or denying a motion.
(b) Upon allowing an amendment of a pleading.
(c) Upon adjournment of a trial.
