Legislative findings and objectives
Economic Development Law (COM) CHAPTER 15, ARTICLE 4-B
§ 130. Legislative findings and objectives. The legislature hereby
finds and declares that:
1. small-business has been a major positive factor in the political,
economic and social development of the state;
2. the future welfare of the state depends on the continued
development of small-business;
3. the state has a responsibility to assist in small-business
development in furtherance of the general welfare.
