    SECTION 346

    Additional insureds

    Economic Development Law (COM) CHAPTER 15, ARTICLE 16

    § 346. Additional insureds. The local organizing committee shall list
    the state and the endorsing municipality as additional insureds on any
    policy of insurance purchased by the local organizing committee to be in
    effect in connection with the preparation for and conduct of the olympic
    games.
