    Recordkeeping requirements

    Economic Development Law (COM) CHAPTER 15, ARTICLE 22

    * § 445. Recordkeeping requirements. Each business entity
    participating in the employee training incentive program shall maintain
    all relevant records for the duration of its program participation plus
    three years.
