Education (EDN) CHAPTER 16, TITLE 2, ARTICLE 33
§ 1611. Penalty for failure of trustee to account. By a wilful
neglect or refusal to render such account, a trustee forfeits any
unexpired term of his office, and becomes liable to the trustees for any
district moneys in his hands.
