Administration of certain monies

§ 110. Administration of certain monies. The secretary or their
designee shall administer monies collected pursuant to section 2-202 of
the village law and appropriations available for the operations of the
village incorporation commission established pursuant to section 2-260
of the village law to ensure that the commission can perform its
statutory functions; and provided further, that the secretary or their
designee shall distribute funds as required pursuant to section 2-236 of
the village law and any relevant appropriations bill.
