Alteration of appraisal reports
Executive (EXC) CHAPTER 18, ARTICLE 6-H
§ 160-pppp. Alteration of appraisal reports. An appraisal management
company shall not alter, modify, or otherwise change a completed
appraisal or valuation service report submitted by an appraiser by
removing such appraiser's signature or seal or by adding information to,
or removing information from such report with intent to change the
valuation conclusion. An appraisal management company shall not require
an appraiser to provide such appraisal management company with such
appraiser's digital signature or seal.
