Training and continuing education
Executive (EXC) CHAPTER 18, ARTICLE 21-B, TITLE 1
§ 606. Training and continuing education. 1. Beginning January first,
two thousand six, all persons certified as an installer or mechanic,
must obtain initial training, including, but not limited to the
standards for proper installation of a manufactured home. Such training
shall be provided in courses and seminars approved pursuant to this
article.
2. All persons certified under this article shall be required to
attend continuing education courses and seminars not less than once
every three years.
