Parental control
General Business (GBS) CHAPTER 20, ARTICLE 45
* § 1503. Parental control. Nothing in this article shall be construed
as requiring the operator of an addictive social media platform to give
a parent any additional or special access to or control over the data or
accounts of their child.

* NB Effective on the 180th day after the office of the attorney
general promulgates rules and regulations necessary (see chapter 120 of
2024 § 5)
