    SECTION 287

    After five years if unclaimed to be paid to county treasurer

    General Business (GBS) CHAPTER 20, ARTICLE 18

    § 287. After five years if unclaimed to be paid to county treasurer.
    In case such balance shall not be claimed by the rightful owner within
    five years after the sale as above specified, then it shall be paid to
    the county treasurer, for the use of the county poor of said county.
